Single image: $250 at any size, and it comes off the stills if you order them within 30 days. Size is the living area on the plans, not counting the garage or patios.

If you go ahead after the call: a $100 deposit reserves your spot and comes off the total. You approve the stills before you pay the rest.

Whatever I make from your plans, from one image to the Plan Package.
- 01Priced by the size of the home. Size is the living area on the plans, not counting the garage or patios. Over 4,000 sq ft is quoted, from $3,900.
- 02If a render doesn't match your plans, I fix it free. That's my mistake, not one of your revision rounds.
- 03Two revision rounds. A round is one set of feedback, sent together. A third round is $150, $250 or $350, by size.
- 04A new camera angle or a whole new material palette isn't a revision. Those get a new quote.
- 053–5 business days up to 1,200 sq ft, 7–10 up to 2,500 and 10–15 up to 4,000, counted from when you've approved the price and I have complete plans: floor plans, elevations, and anything you want matched. Rush is 48 hours up to 1,200 sq ft, and about half the usual time for larger homes, for 40% more.
- 06Every image is labeled as a rendering and sent with the plan it was made from.
Lines marked “from” go up with the size of the home. Their prices are for homes up to 1,200 sq ft, up to 2,500 sq ft and up to 4,000 sq ft, in that order.

What you receive
- Stills
- Full-resolution JPEG files, each labeled on the image as a rendering.
- Walkthrough
- MP4 video in two cuts: vertical (9:16) for phones and social, horizontal (16:9) for everything else.
- Disclosure package
- The labeled images together with the drawing they were made from, ready for a listing or a client presentation.
Payment and ownership
- A $100 deposit reserves your spot and comes off the final price.
- You approve the stills first. The balance is due before the final files are sent: full-resolution images, video and the disclosure package.
- Once the invoice is paid, the images and video are yours: use them for marketing, listings, submittals and presentations, as often as you like.
- Your plans stay yours. I use them only to make your images.
- I show your project on this site only with your permission.
