Show buyers what the lot will become.
A lot with approved plans sells a house nobody can see yet. I render the home from its plans, on the lot, so buyers see what they'd be building.

Lot preview
For a lot listed with approved plans: the finished home on its lot, one street view and one aerial, from the plans and site plan you provide. $595, usually in 3–5 business days.
Video from your listing photos
A 30–45 second video from your photos, vertical and horizontal, for $250. I check every frame against the photos, so nothing appears in the video that isn't in the house.
Labeled as renderings
Every image is labeled on the image as a rendering, and comes with the plan it was made from, so buyers know what they're looking at. Check your MLS's rules on renderings before you post.

Questions
What do you need for a lot preview?
The approved floor plans and elevations, and the site plan. Photos of the lot help me match the setting.
Can I put renderings in my listing?
Every image is labeled as a rendering and comes with the plan it was made from. Rules vary by MLS, so check yours before posting.
Will the listing video change the house?
No. I check every frame against your photos, so the video shows only what's there.
How fast is it?
A lot preview usually takes 3–5 business days from complete plans. Ask about rush.
